Refund policy

Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Write to us at info@cityin3d.com and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. As each piece is made to order, an order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

Returns
You can return a Cityscape within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, in the condition it arrived in and in its original packaging, with its proof of purchase.

To start a return, write to us at info@cityin3d.com. If your return is accepted, we send you the return address and instructions on how to send it. Return shipping is at your cost. Items sent back to us without a return request cannot be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please look over your order when it arrives. If it arrives damaged, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs, and we replace or refund it. If an item is defective or is not the one you ordered, write to us as soon as you can, so we can put it right.

Tailor-made and bespoke pieces
Tailor-made and bespoke pieces are made for one person, so they cannot be returned. The terms for damage and issues above still apply to them.

Sale items
Items bought on sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Each Cityscape is made to order, so we cannot offer exchanges. To choose another format or another city, return the piece within 30 days of delivery and place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may also cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in the same condition as above. As EU law allows, this does not apply to pieces made to your specifications: tailor-made and bespoke pieces.

Refunds
We let you know once your return has arrived and been inspected, and whether the refund is approved. An approved refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, write to us at info@cityin3d.com.
