送料：通常配送は国内・海外とも無料です。
任意のサービス：チェックアウトでお選びいただいた場合のみ、表示の料金がかかります。Priority treatment of your shipment 20米ドル（ご注文を他のご注文より優先して制作し、できるだけ早くアトリエから発送します）、海外向けDHLによるExpress Shipping 450米ドル。
輸入関税・税金：海外へのご注文は当店が負担します。
Shipping: standard shipping is free, in Japan and abroad.
Optional services, only if chosen at checkout: Priority treatment of your shipment, US$20 (your order is taken ahead of others, so it leaves the atelier as soon as possible); Express Shipping by DHL outside Japan, US$450.
Import duties and taxes on orders shipped outside Japan: paid by us.

引渡時期 / Delivery
ご注文後、フォーマットごとの制作期間を経て発送します（Compact 約4日、Standard 約6日、Grand 約9日、Deluxe 約2週間、Elite 約2週間半、Prestige 約3週間、Signature 約1か月）。発送後、国内はヤマト運輸で通常24時間以内、海外はUPSで通常7〜10日（チェックアウトでExpressを選択された場合はDHLで通常2〜4日）でお届けします。テーラーメイド・ビスポーク作品の引渡時期は、ご注文前にお知らせします。
After the making time of the format (Compact about 4 days, Standard about 6 days, Grand about 9 days, Deluxe about 2 weeks, Elite about 2½ weeks, Prestige about 3 weeks, Signature about a month), the piece is shipped: in Japan by Yamato Transport, usually within 24 hours of dispatch; outside Japan by UPS, usually 7 to 10 days, or by DHL in usually 2 to 4 days when Express is chosen at checkout. For tailor-made and bespoke pieces, the delivery time is agreed before the order.
返品・交換 / Returns and exchanges
商品到着後30日以内に、info@cityin3d.com までご連絡ください。返品を承認した場合、返送先と方法をお知らせします。未使用で、到着時の状態・元の梱包のままの商品に限ります。返送料はお客様のご負担となります。テーラーメイド・ビスポーク作品およびセール品は返品できません。受注制作のため、交換はお受けしておりません。
Within 30 days of delivery, write to info@cityin3d.com. If the return is accepted, we send the return address and instructions. The piece must be unused, in the condition it arrived in and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Tailor-made and bespoke pieces and sale items cannot be returned. Each piece is made to order, so we do not offer exchanges.
破損・不良品 / Damaged or defective items
到着時に破損していた場合は、到着後24時間以内に写真を添えてご連絡ください。交換または返金いたします。不良品や誤配送の場合も、速やかにご連絡ください。
If a piece arrives damaged, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs, and we replace or refund it. For a defective or wrong item, write to us as soon as you can.
返金 / Refunds
返品の到着・確認後、返金を承認した場合は、10営業日以内にお支払い時と同じ方法で返金いたします。
Once a return has arrived and been inspected, an approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
キャンセル / Cancellations
ご注文から24時間以内であれば、info@cityin3d.com までご連絡いただくことでキャンセルを承り、お支払いいただいた代金を全額返金いたします。受注制作のため、24時間を過ぎたご注文はキャンセルできません。
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by writing to info@cityin3d.com, and we refund the full amount. Each piece is made to order, so an order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
