配送ポリシー

Made to order
Every Cityscape is made to order in our atelier in Japan, then shipped. Making times by format: Compact about 4 days, Standard about 6 days, Grand about 9 days, Deluxe about 2 weeks, Elite about 2½ weeks, Prestige about 3 weeks, Signature about a month. Each Cityscape's page shows the making time of the format you choose, with an estimated arrival date.

Delivery
In Japan, by Yamato Transport: usually within 24 hours of dispatch.
Outside Japan, by UPS, tracked: usually 7 to 10 days after dispatch.
Express outside Japan, if you choose it at checkout: by DHL, usually 2 to 4 days after dispatch.
When your piece leaves the atelier, we send you its tracking number by email. Making and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is included in the price of every Cityscape, in Japan and abroad. Any optional service offered at checkout is shown there with its price before you pay.

Priority treatment
If you choose Priority treatment at checkout, we take your order ahead of others in the atelier, so your piece leaves us as soon as possible.

Import duties and taxes
On orders shipped outside Japan, import duties and taxes are paid by us.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide, to every country offered at checkout. If yours is missing, write to us at info@cityin3d.com.

Tailor-made and bespoke pieces
The making time, delivery and shipping of a tailor-made or bespoke piece are agreed with you before the order.

Your address
Please check the delivery address before you pay. If it needs to change, write to us as soon as you can. Once a piece has left the atelier, we may not be able to redirect it.

Damage in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs, and we replace or refund it, as set out in our Refund policy.
