DELIVERY TIME

• International Orders: Typically within 7 days, handled and tracked by UPS for secure, reliable delivery.

• Domestic Orders (Japan): Delivered within 24 hours, tracked by Yamato for prompt and safe arrival.

We are pleased to offer returns within 30 days of your purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

PLACEMENT

Your model can be elegantly displayed either by hanging it on a wall or placing it on a sturdy table or shelf (hanging hardware included). For its longevity, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight and high-traffic areas to reduce the risk of wear and damage.

LIGHTING

Soft, ambient lighting is ideal for showcasing the intricate details of your model. To bring out its texture and depth, spotlighting or track lighting at a slight angle is effective, while avoiding harsh shadows.

CARE

To keep your model pristine, use a hair dryer on the cool setting to gently remove dust. Clean the frame with a soft, dry cloth or microfiber duster (included). Please refrain from using water, chemical cleaners, or solvents, as they may affect the materials over time.

TRANSPORTATION

Always handle the frame with both hands for stability. For extended transport, we recommend wrapping it securely in protective packaging to prevent any damage.
